1. Shipping region and time
    Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Croatia.
    Processing time: After placing an order, we will complete the inventory preparation and arrange for shipment within 15 to 30 working days (the specific time varies depending on the product inventory and customization requirements).
    International transportation: Currently, we support most countries in Europe (such as Germany, France, Italy, etc.). For other regions, please consult by email.
  2. Mode of transportation and cost
    Carrier: Cooperate with international logistics companies such as DHL and UPS to ensure safe delivery.
    Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on the volume, weight and destination of the goods. The final cost is displayed on the settlement page.
    Duties and taxes: The destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient.
  3. Logistics tracking and distribution
    After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your package in real time.
    Delivery time varies by destination (usually 3 to 10 working days in Europe, and may be extended in other regions).
  4. Delay and out-of-stock handling
    In the event of any delay due to inventory or force majeure, we will notify you by email and provide solutions (such as replacement, refund, etc.).
